Container-free testing

To meet increasing demands for greater production efficiency and reduced reliance on shipping primary containers, our autoinjector testing platforms can now be built as container-free release (CoFR) machines. Applicable to both syringe- and cartridge-based injection devices, this innovation contributes to streamlined logistics, lower costs, and reduced transport-related emissions.

 

Requiring deep expertise in device performance and quality standards, our CoFR test methods are developed by medical device experts to ensure each test is fully validated to the specific requirements of the device.

A test for every function

All our injection device testing machines can be adapted to test various device formats through the integrated software system and Quick Tool Change interface. These test items are designed to meet both internal quality criteria and international standards, such as ISO 11608 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11.

 

Built with embedded sensor technologies such as load cells, optical systems, and AI-enabled vision, our machines are capable of testing the complete sequence of test items on a single system, covering medical devices and more.
